RIDE Kailua is a unique, stylish indoor cycling & fitness studio nestled in the heart of Kailua on the island of Oahu.

We are proud to offer you a fusion of Cycle & Sculpt, Bike-n-Barre, and a variety of fitness classes such as Core & More with Foam Rollers, BootCamp, Yoga and a great functional fitness class called UGI, a challenging 45 minute medicine ball workout that challenges the exerciser to use entire muscle groups at one time.

RIDE Kailua has developed each of our classes to give you the best possible workout experience. We compliment this with state of the art 'STAGES sc3' Indoor Studio Bikes with Power Meters. From elite athletes looking for a program to individuals simply looking to lose a few pounds, regardless of age, weight, or skill level, you can rely on a smooth ride and motivational metrics to help you improve.

Indoor Cycling
Our Indoor Cycling classes give you a cardio vascular, butt-kicking workout that takes you on a sweaty ride in an intimate setting where the music is upbeat, the videos are fun, and the energy is electric. We ride as one creating a unified energy. But no matter what always honor your body by adjusting the tension on your bike to a level that is appropriate for you


Body Sculpt
This one hour Body Sculpting Class blends light weight training with core strengthening exercises to create the ultimate toning experience. we will concentrate on arms, core, thighs, gluteus, and cardio intervals. This high energy workout will not leave you bored!

 Bike-n-Barre Above and Basics
This is a fusion of 30 min heart pumping intervals on the bike, then 30 min of Barre in the fitness room for a full body workout. Bring a towel, water, bottle, athletic shoes and/or your cycling shoes with SPD cleats.
What is Barre?  Barre Above is a challenging barre workout that helps to increase strength, balance, and flexibility. Barre Basics is a barre workout that teaches the necessary exercises for the foundation of any barre class. This workout is for all levels of students. Barre Basics is a fun and efficient workout that requires no equipement and no barre if one isn't available.

Core & More with Foam Rollers
The foam roller creates an unstable environment, recruiting additional core stabilizer muscles to keep you balanced during the exercise. The more muscles you recruit, the more calories you burn.
A strong core allows your body to maintain proper movement patterns during exercise and day-to-day activities. When you are moving efficiently, your risk for injury and/or developing muscle imbalances decreases. A strong core also improves posture. It can both alleviate and decrease your chance of developing lower back pain.
Core training is an essential component of any fitness plan and should be included in your workout routine two to four times per week.

We offer different style of Yoga, all levels classes teaching the classic yoga postures through a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body. Clear instruction is given in breathing technique, warm-up and posture flow. New students will develop body awareness, posture alignment and core strength in basic poses, while experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures. Everyone works to his or her own ability and comfort level.

UGI Fitness
Ugi is the ultimate 45-minute workout that combines strength, cardio and core training into the most fun, challenging, stylish way of becoming functionally fit. Ugi is a workout that can go anywhere, and that makes people feel good about their bodies, energy and health.
