Join us for our regular weekly Club RIDE!!! new routes weekly. distances anywhere from 25-40 miles and open to all riding abilities. AND AFTER....COFFEE at Chad Lou's in Kailua!

John Rose, Club RIDE Ambassador

John keeps the Club RIDE interesting and adventurous by changing the route on a weekly basis. His focus is always on road safety, riding/communicating as a group, riding in a paceline, and for beginner riders - how to draft off strong riders.


We can accommodate all riding abilities by breaking up into groups with pre-planned meeting points.  No rider left behind a.k.a  "No Dropper".

John occasionally puts on clinics in the beginning of rides where he covers:

  • Tire Pressure
  • Basic Bike Maintenance
  • Flat kits and changing a flat
  • Gears and how to shift
  • Clippess pedals (and even why they're called clippless when you have to clip in
  • The "Do's and Don'ts" of riding in a group
  • Bike Handling
  • Ascending and Descending confidently and safely

We highly encourage everyone to consult a physician before embarking on any exercise program to include ours
